The rent for most units is $1,500 per month. There are a couple of larger units with pricing TBD. Most of the units are the same size and layout.

The rent includes parking for one car, trash, water, sewer and a sizable private storage unit in the basement.

Tenants are responsible for their own electric and cable/internet (optional). Electric accounts must be switched over prior to taking keys.

The property is still having finish work completed. Anticipated move-in dates are mid to late June. We’ll have a more definitive date as we get closer.

Each unit features a stove top, refrigerator and combination heating/cooling unit. Coin-op laundry is available on-site.

Each unit receives one designated off-street spot. For visitors, there is paid metered parking nearby and free parking in the off-season.

Please visit the application page for specifics. At a minimum, full application is required including background check, credit check, landlord references and employment verification. Screening is handled by a third-party company. Leases are for one year and security and first month rent are due before move-in.
